Prepaid Voucher Vendor Audit and Product Integrity Testing

Scope:

Annual auditing of prepaid voucher production facility and integrity testing of prepaid vouchers.

Deliverable:

A report was submitted on the standard of security measures and protections in place at the manufacturing facility.  This included details of internal & external security, artwork storage and destruction, raw material storage, voucher cutting, transfer & receipt of data from operators, card production, personalisation and the distribution processes in place. An integrity test report was also submitted which included a set of scores being given to five different voucher physical attributes.

Client Benefits:

The client was able to obtain benchmarking against many other leading card manufacturing vendors based on Præsidium’s extensive experience of auditing many of the leading voucher production facilities worldwide. The ongoing program of annual audits and testing has enabled the client to ensure that their high security standards of both their facility and their product are being maintained and that any changes in production processes are not impacting on the security measures in place.
