Business Continuity Review (BCR)

Scope:

Præsidium undertook a comprehensive review of the Business Continuity controls and processes already implemented by the client in order to assess whether an effective strategy and program was in place to protect the operator in this high risk environment.

Deliverable:

Præsidium’s consultants performed a business impact analysis across the operator’s range of products and services by evaluating them against a matrix of continuity risk scenarios. Præsidium was then able to demonstrate the key assets and highest revenue earning services that required prioritising for business continuity and disaster recovery.

Client Benefits:

The BCR including the business impact assessment of the key risks enabled the client’s Business Continuity Manager to direct resources to the required areas in order to ensure continuity of service and to implement an effective continuity program.
