Scope:

Præsidium reviewed the main revenue generating streams, products and services and evaluated the effectiveness of the Revenue Assurance System being deployed from a technical and operational perspective.

Deliverable:

Præsidium analysed and provided detailed recommendations on the following areas of the business: RA strategy & organisational structure, training & development, change management, processes and working practices, customer provisioning, network issues of products and services, interconnect & roaming settlement, measurement & reporting, prepaid & VAS, vendor RAS specific requirements, risk qualification measurement and benchmarking.

Præsidium provided a balanced analysis of the end-to-end technical and procedural requirements necessary to ensure the RA department was able to successfully meet the demanding objectives set by senior management, which were being driven by Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance. In addition, Præsidium set specific criteria for the RAS vendor to deliver to ensure the client’s requirements were fully met.
