Project:

Fraud and Credit Management System (FCMS) Specification and Selection Support

Scope:

The project commenced with the evaluation of the client’s requirements for an FCMS and ended with the final selection of the preferred vendor. 

Deliverable:

An RFP was prepared tailored to the client’s existing and future requirements for an integrated FCMS. A detailed RFP evaluation report was delivered to the client recommending the three most suitable vendors to be shortlisted. Support was provided by Præsidium both during and after the vendor presentations to clarify all aspects of the RFP responses.  The evaluation process included scoring and weighting of the key system areas which provided a ‘like-for-like’ comparison of each system indicating the strengths and weaknesses of each product.
