Fraud Management System (FMS) Optimisation Support

Scope:

The objective of this assignment was to provide expert advice to the Fraud Department in respect of optimising their FMS and to ensure that processes and working practices were implemented to effectively manage the output from the FMS in a timely and cost effective manner. 

Deliverable:

Recommendations were made for enhancing the system’s functionality, optimising the thresholds and implementing changes to the client’s operating practices. Pragamatic guidance was provided to the client in identifying fraudulent network activity and optimising the FMS in relation to these risks.
