Scope:

The operator requested in-depth training to be provided on the subjects of Revenue Assurance, Network Security and Business Continuity Planning.

Deliverable:

Præsidium delivered a bespoke interactive training course over a five day period to the newly recruited RA personnel and representatives from other departments. Præsidium focused on key areas that were affecting the business in relation to the most prevalent risks within the client’s operating environment.
