Scope:

Provision of expert technical advice in relation to GSM cloning and conducting data analysis for the prosecution team in respect of a case involving information theft between two companies and alleged cloning of the defendant’s phones.

Deliverable:

A report for the prosecution incorporating expert advice on the feasibility of cloning based on the information supplied. The work included data analysis, which was undertaken on the calls made by the defendant to support the report in order to strenghten the prosecution’s case, and Præsidium’s expert witness also attended the court hearing.

As a recognised industry expert, Præsidium’s consultant was able to provide the prosecution team with precise and factual information along with supporting analytical data, which was strong enough for the case to be dropped by the defendant, resulting in a substantial amount of compensation being paid to the prosecution’s client.
