Recent Training Events successfully delivered |

Praesidium has recently delivered a number of training courses since 2008 including: 1. NG Risk, Fraud and Security management training to Bouygues (France) 2. NG Fraud & Security Risk Training Seminar in Portugal – attended by 19 delegates from 10 Operators 3. RA & FM Training Seminar in Asia Pac – attended by 20 delegates 4. CellC in South Africa for the RA & FM function and investigations department on all aspects of GSM fraud management – (over 25 delegates trained). 5. The Zain Group - fraud training to all RA & FM personnel in their OpCos (50+ Opco delegates and two courses back to back in Bahrain), followed by a further course in Jordan (25 delegates). 6. All aspects of RA & FM delivered to Telecom Egypt’s newly created RAFM Sector - (20+ delegates trained) 7. Revenue Assurance management delivered to Orascom Group OpCos (30+ delegates) 8. Qtel International fraud management training to the different OpCos including fraud managers, fraud analysts and internal auditors (23 delegates trained). 9. Training on 'Introduction to Fraud Management' delivered to Andorra Telecom (Andorra) The feedback provided to Praesidium from all these courses has been very positive and demonstrates Praesidium's ability to offer factual and real-life experience to delegates, based on its invaluable consulting industry expertise. Praesidium hosted two very successful Revenue Assurance & Fraud training seminars in Jakarta, Indonesia and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in June 2009. The courses attracted over 25 risk professionals from leading telecom operators from across SE Asia. The training focused on understanding of the key revenue assurance and fraud risks affecting telecom operators globally and giving delegates the tools to enable them to deploy their own strategies. After the event, Rufus Roberts, Managing Consultant at Praesidium commented: “The level of solid understanding and appreciation for the areas of RA and fraud amongst the delegates was very impressive; there was considerable interaction and a great team spirit evident at both events.
